For over 100 years, the VFW Auxiliary has fulfilled its original objectives by supporting the Veterans of Foreign Wars, serving veterans, active-duty military and their families, and spreading patriotism nationwide.

 

Our members have volunteered millions of hours, donated millions of dollars, and honored hundreds of thousands of veterans. Volunteer with us and celebrate the freedoms we enjoy in America.

 

VFW Post 430 is starting an Auxiliary to work with Post members to care for Veterans, their families, and the community. We need 15-plus members to begin the Auxiliary. The first meeting will be May 7, 2024. To find out how you are eligible, check out here first. You can then download an application here. If you are unsure if you meet the requirements, call Amanda Humphrey, Department of Texas VFW, District 9, Auxiliary President, at 254-317-6345. Annual dues will be $30 per year or Life membership on the application. After completing the application, make the application along with your payment to VFW Post 430, PO Box 417, Canyon, Texas 79015.
